* Jun. 83-Feb. 92 Production Scheduler, Prototype Manufacturing * Oct. 80-Jun. 83 Shop Floor Dispatcher/Production Control Support * Oct. 78-Oct. 80 Engineering Technician, Materials and Processing Lab * Responsible for punctual customer deliveries of prototype defense computer systems and facilitating program reviews to all levels of management and engineering. * Provide leadership, communications and relationship management with Engineering, Project Management, Quality, and the Customer. * Manage all aspects of Shop Floor work flow, to ensure timely delivery of product. * Research and maintain parts requirements; procure shortages, expedite assemblies, inspect and deliver to next higher assembly stage to ensure seamless work flow through program completion. * Liaison with all internal departments strategizing next steps to ensure customer satisfaction. * Hands-on experience with all aspects of printed circuit fabrication from print to delivery. * Emergency Hazmat Spill compliance.

* Support all areas of production floor as required. * Maintain a positive working attitude and environment. * Administer company policies & procedures. * Apply Six Sigma methodologies to optimize production. * Accurately maintain company records and documents in accordance with policies and procedures. * Focus on product quality and process control. * Interview, appraise. Acknowledge team accomplishments. * Investigate & perform root cause analysis on line & material shortages. * Support machine and equipment repairs. * Report and respond to product and process non-conformance issues. * Point of contact for all safety issues: investigate accidents, apply solutions, etc. * Monitor and manage costs, and overtime. * Meet expected, and exceed production requirements. * Participate in the resolution of employee concerns and employment issues. * Champion process improvements. * Coach, train and encourage employees to develop and grow.
