* Business Development Initiatives: Brought in major new clients such as Fairmont and Rixos Group of Hotels. * Networking: Expanded the Green Space client base by 30% through cold calling, networking and building partnerships with relevant companies and architects. * Client Management: Managed existing clients to pull new project requirements in Dubai, Abu Dhabi and Ras Al Khaimah. * Process Improvement: Took the initiative to reorganize existing database of clients to improve efficiency for the sales team.

Networking and Account Management: Networked with managers at Shell, Siemens and Petrofac every week to pull new requirements. Contractor Management: Met regularly with contractors placed at client firms such as Shell, Siemens and Petrofac to generate new leads about projects and requirements. Recruitment: Used various methods to source quality candidates such as job boards, Bullhorn (CRM software) and LinkedIn. Co-ordinated with clients to set up interviews and final placements. Payroll and Administration: Worked with the Assignment Support team to ensure payroll and onboarding of contractors was done efficiently. Show less
