The activator community consists of ages from twelve to nineteen, and are women of color, LGBTQ, grandmothers, successful corporate executives, public leaders, change-makers, early stage entrepreneurs, and wantrepreneurs. SheEO is based in Canada and the company was founded in 2013 by Vicki Saunders.
