CIEDS, the Integrated Center for Sustainable Development Studies and Programs, is a non-profit organization whose mission is to build networks for the prosperity of people, communities, and society based on knowledge, cooperation, and empowerment. With offices in Rio de Janeiro, São Paulo and Ceará, for 18 years, through partnerships with public power and private companies, CIEDS has developed social projects throughout Brazil in four areas: Education and Citizenship, Inclusion and Welfare, Entrepreneurship and Employability, and Youth and Sport. To date, CIEDS have developed over 400 projects and benefited more than 500,000 people directly. In 2017, the company was elected the 3rd most important NGO in Brazil and the 88th most important in the world by the Swiss organization NGO Advisor.
