Xenon Private Equity is a private equity firm specializing in leveraged buyouts, lower mid market buyouts, add-on acquisitions, and replacement and growth capital investments. The firm prefers to invest in B2B component and system manufacturing, outsourced industrial services, healthcare products (devices and services), non-asset based logistics, consumer products (manufacturing and distribution), business services, and technology (fully developed products). It generally seeks to invest up to €20 million ($24.7 million) and can invest up to EUR40 million (USD55.5 million) of equity through a co-investment arrangement with its limited partners in transactions valued between €15 million ($18.52 million) and €60 million ($74.10 million). The firm also seeks to invest up to €40 million ($49.4 million) along with co-investments with limited partners. It does not participate in auctions. The firm seeks to acquire controlling interests or qualified minorities interests in its portfolio companies.
