Its products include a vehicle scoring system, which enables automotive dealerships to appraise, manage, and price preowned inventory; Live Market Stocking, a tool for dealers to align their inventory with real-time buyer activity in their region; Live Market Appraising, a used car appraisal tool for dealers; Live Market Pricing, a used vehicle pricing tool for dealers; and Live Market Merchandising, a used car merchandising and display tool for dealers. The company's solutions include LifeCycle Manager, which allows dealers to track various processes ranging from the moment of acquisition to the time of sale; and RealDeal, a price validation and delivery system for dealership personnel to quote prices and offer detailed documentation on the prices and attributes of identically equipped competing vehicles. VAuto, Inc. was formerly known as mPower Auto, Inc. and changed its name to VAuto, Inc. in January 2007. The company was founded in 2005 and is based in Oak Brook, Illinois. It has a research and development center in Austin, Texas. As of October 15, 2010, VAuto, Inc. operates as a subsidiary of AutoTrader.com, Inc.
