UTEPSA a private university, inspired by the universal principles of the Bahá'í Faith. In the year 1995, UTEPSA began its academic activities with 5 careers at the Higher Technical level and one at the Bachelor's level, under the academic organization of a Rectorate and two Faculties, one of Economic, Financial and Administrative Sciences (FEFA) and the other of Exact and Technological Sciences (FET), with Secretarial Resolution 350/95 under the responsibility of its Legal Representative Eng. Mohamad Hajari Mohammadzad. Before concluding their professional training the students requested the extension of the Higher Technical Level Careers at the Bachelor's level. On October 16, 1996, the University requested the Ministry of Education to extend and operate a Bachelor Degree and three Higher Technical Level programs. The authorization was obtained through Secretarial Resolution 516/96. On August 8, 2000, the University obtained the authorization for the opening of the Postgraduate College, through RS 288/00. In this way, the Graduate School opens its doors to the public on August 11, 2000, providing the community with the possibilities for specialization of human resources through Masters, Diploma and specialization courses. In 2001 UTEPSA consolidated its Modular System, being the first university to revolutionize the education sector with this new system. Thanks to his students and academic staff, he managed to obtain UNIVERSIDAD PLENA certification. Demonstrating with this that not only the antiquity count, but also the quality, creativity, aggressiveness and innovation, attributes that characterize UTEPSA. 2005 · UTEPSA Campus For the academic management of the year 2006, UTEPSA initiates processes of technological modernization, updating and teacher training and administrative reorganization to consolidate us as an organization of learning, committed to society, quality, technological innovation and integral education. Today we are on our way to reflecting this promise in each of our achievements and activities. After completing the first 15 years of training leading professionals, we started academic management in 2010 with the reactivation of a career with a high demand and that responds to the needs of society: Mechanical and Agroindustrial Engineering. Also with a considerable demand for admission to the other races. We are facing the ambitious project of curricular redesign for all the races and we have also entered the process to certify our academic quality before MERCOSUR to the careers of Industrial and Commercial Engineering and Electronic Engineering and Systems, through the ARCU-SUR system.
