Aspen Retirement Holdings, another Broe-affiliated company, developed one of the largest private independent portfolios of senior housing communities, delivering residential and assisted living services, as well as personalized health services. In partnership with their affiliate land company, they also assist corporations, as well as local governments, in planning and implementing land and real estate development, including infrastructure. They deliver the complete package: entitlement, development, build-to-suit and asset-management services. Their developments, such as the Great Western Industrial Park in Colorado, have received national recognition for successfully partnering with industry and communities to attract major manufacturing operations to their developments, creating primary sector jobs and community investment.
