It has locations in Houston, Texas; Baltimore, Maryland; Lansdale, Pennsylvania; Woonsocket, Rhode Island; Taft, California; and Watertown and New Haven, Connecticut. On April 24, 2013, Synagro Technologies, Inc. alongwith its affiliates filed a voluntary petition for reorganization under Chapter 11 in the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware.
