Southwestern Christian University was founded in the Pentecostal tradition in Bethany, Oklahoma, with the aim to to provide a Christian liberal arts education. Southwestern Christian offers one associate’s degree, 18 bachelor’s degrees and a master’s degree in Ministry. This counseling service helps students cope with social, financial, emotional and spiritual pressures. The university also has an on-campus chapel, ministry services, student organizations for men and women, intramural sports and music ministry.
