Simpson University

A small, residential Christian University in the northern California town of Redding, Simpson University offers undergraduate and graduate degrees in various fields. Simpson’s more than 23 bachelor’s degree programs include such religious fields as Bible and Theology, Pastoral Studies, World Missions and Youth Ministry. However, secular course are abundant and range from Accounting to Music to Psychology. Simpson also has a graduate school, which grants master’s degrees in Divinity, Education, and Psychology among other fields. Chapel services, church ministries and community service are part of the Simpson U experience. Student life also includes intercollegiate athletics, student government and performing arts opportunities. Admission to Simpson is somewhat competitive, with the average admitted student having an A- average. Tuition can be covered in full or part with scholarships, loans and other forms of aid available for students who qualify.
