After quickly relocating from New York to Philadelphia, the company name was changed from NIMCO to Service Champ. Service Champ becomes one of the first companies in the automotive aftermarket to focus on serving the quick lube industry. Service Champ expands by relocating into 40,000 square foot distribution center located in Colmar, PA. Kirk Gustie joins the Service Champ Family as National Sales Manager. Alan Maurer, Amy Brobst, Anna Marie Edmister, Julie Williams, Kathy Atkinson and Mike Donahue all join the Service Champ Family.
