The firm is owned by long-term strategic investors and staff and is led by a Managing Director and an Independent Board of Directors. Saranac Partners was launched in 2016 by a group of colleagues with a common objective of building an independent private office, working with clients across their financial and business holdings. The firm combines extensive in-house expertise with strategic partnerships across key areas of financial services. Working with a powerful network of thought leaders, investors and advisors, it provides clients with the service and experience of a private family office combined with the resources, capabilities and reach of a global institution. The business has strategic shareholders, outstanding technology, broad capabilities and the highest standards of corporate governance. Saranac Partners offers clients advice, access and execution across a broad range of activities. The team advises on strategic issues concerning the planning, allocation and governance of capital as well as managing and overseeing investments on behalf of clients. The business has strong capability across both public and private markets. In addition, Saranac Partners provides clients with access to diverse sources of capital to support their financing requirements and works with business owners on their corporate interests and strategies. Saranac Partners consists of a diverse team of experienced professionals from leading institutions across the industry. It is a multi-disciplinary partnership bound together by a common ethos of putting clients at the centre of the firm. The business consists of 50 professionals based in London, led by an experienced management team and overseen by an independent Board. The Managing Partner, Tanvi Davda, leads the firm and is responsible for client activities. She has worked in a wide variety of roles across financial services for over 20 years. The Chief Operating Officer, Andrew Catterall, is a co-founder of Saranac Partners and brings more than 25 years of experience in investment management and management consulting to the firm. A founding partner, Michelle Witter is responsible for Strategic Business Development and was previously Head of Distribution within the Global Investments & Solutions Division of Barclays Wealth. Brent Seery is responsible for leading the Investment, Financing and Corporate Advisory teams. Brent joined from Barclays where he led the UHNW investment proposition.
