Reading Area Community College

Students in Berks County, near Reading, Pennsylvania, are lucky to have a school like Reading Area Community College, which is dedicated to guiding its students in earning a certificate or associate degree in two years. Some of the certificate programs allow students to work solely in online courses. Other online courses are six weeks long and teach a new skill. Special scholarships for eligible RACC students include the Foundation for Reading Area Community College scholarship, American Sign Language scholarship, and Townsend Press reading contest, which awards $100 per 10 books that students read.
