QEP Resources is an independent natural gas and crude oil exploration and production company focused in two major regions: the Northern Region (primarily in the Rockies and the Williston Basin) and the Southern Region (primarily Oklahoma, the Texas Panhandle, and Louisiana) of the United States. They also gather, compress, treat, and process natural gas. Its portfolio of low-cost, high-quality resource plays provides a solid foundation for sustainable growth with 658.2 MMboe of year-end 2018 proved reserves. Its total 2018 production of 51,857.9 Mboe consisted of approximately 52% crude oil.
