The platform processes each email and provides a context-based prioritization, personalized segmentation, and summaries integrated directly into Outlook and Gmail with the use of Artificial Intelligence and Natural Language Processing. The algorithms that the company develops are flexible as they continuously learn, adapt, and improve with each email interaction. The Almada, Lisboa-based company was launched in 2018.
