Cabanova is an online website builder where anyone can create a website using a simple drag and drop interface. Websites are created in a Flash editing environment, and published in Flash and HTML5 format to endure compatibility on iPhones, iPads and other non-Flash devices. The service is free, but there are also premium packages that offer more features such as number of pages, web space, e-commerce shop and ad-removal. Custom domain names can also be purchased and attached to any website. Pricing for the premium packages ranges from US$11.90 p.m. to US$ 19.90 p.m. There are over 1000 template-combinations pre-filled with content for individuals, businesses, clubs and organizations. It is privately owned and funded, and has 3 shareholders, Karl Weyers, Sebastian Schmitz and Catalin Constantin. The main office is in Dusseldorf, and there is a second office based in Bucharest, Romania where programming and a part of the support services are provided.
