In 2011 the company raised in excess of EUR200,000. The beta development of the database and Facebook App have been completed. A database of 20,000+ users has been migrated to a new external beta. By September 2012, 32,000+ publishers initiated the first revenues. Expected seed break-even is in July 2013. From January 2013, version 1.0 will be publicly available. The platform is the first affiliation network of its kind totally devoted to advertising and marketing on social networks. It engages social network users and transforms them to influencers, dividing with them the money advertisers pay, in exchange for their sharing and endorsement of communication, advertising, promotion and branding campaigns via the platform. EUR250,000 - EUR300,000 equity funding is sought in order to manage a smooth transition to the next growth phase.
