Patten University is based on three intertwining tenets: faith, learning and community. Student life at Patten combines all three in opportunities to put your faith into action. Mission trips, community service and student ministry are just a few of the ways that you can get involved. Patten University organizes its academics into several divisions: * Division of Arts, Science & Business * Division of Biblical & Theological Studies * Division of Education * Division of Continuing & Extended Education The university also offers weekend science courses, designed to help students in pre-med, pre-dental and other pre-professional health care programs satisfy their degree requirements. Extensive financial aid opportunities are available at Patten University. Federal student aid, state grants and institutional scholarships can greatly reduce the cost of tuition and make it easier to finance your education. Depending on whether you apply as an undergraduate or graduate student, Patten University’s admissions requirements vary. Incoming freshmen should have a high school GPA of at least 2.5 and an SAT score above 950. Additionally, all applicants must submit a personal statement and sign the Christian Environment form.
