OptimalQ uses big data predictive analytics and thoughtful algorithms to develop a real-time technology that helps call centers reach more leads. It designs the product to increase answer rates and help select the customers who are most receptive to a sale. It provides a customer availability platform that identifies when people are physically and emotionally available to take sales calls. Its technology capitalizes on customer information such as time zone, country, and age, and adds real-time information to the lead selection process. It currently offers three main products: Insight API that users can integrate with any CRM in the market; OptimalCall, a fully automated real-time lead selection system; and ActiveLeads that gives sales agents real-time availability notifications and allows them to make smarter choices when deciding which lead to call.
