Oiltanking Gmbh

Oiltanking Partners, L.P. is a growth-oriented publicly traded master limited partnership (MLP) engaged in the terminaling, storage and transportation of crude oil, refined petroleum products and liquefied petroleum gas. We completed our initial public offering in July 2011 and began trading under the symbol (NYSE : OILT). As an MLP, we intend to make quarterly distributions of our available cash to our unit-holders. It is our goal to increase our distribution to unit-holders over time by growing our business through the acquisition, ownership and operation of terminaling, storage, pipeline and other midstream assets that generate stable cash flows.
