As an Owners Association management company, our services are twofold. We provide: 1. The core secretarial, financial & administrative roles typical of a property manager; and 2. Professional facilities management supervision, contract procurement & overall building oversight. These services are carried out on behalf of their clients, the collective owners whom they serve (the Owners Association).
