Koko allows a system for fully passive monitoring of the health and safety of older adults—with no wearables required. We are addressing the issue of how society can take scalable and compassionate care of 50m+ seniors in the US. In a senior's day-to-day, we can track the most critical pieces of information: extreme health incidents such as falls, behavioral warning flags such as increases in urination frequency, missing meals, or becoming bedridden, all of which can correlate with health decline.
