Lincoln Land Community College

Lincoln Land Community College is a two-year college in Springfield, Illinois with comprehensive offerings for students of all ages and backgrounds. Associate’s degrees and certificates are granted through one of LLC’s departments: Arts and Humanities, Business, Health Care, Math or Social Sciences. Students at LLC may also undertake the workforce development program, which trains and certifies students in such professions as truck driving. Designed for all ages and backgrounds, LLC also has a kid’s college and a lifelong learner’s program for older adults who wish to take enrichment courses in subjects of personal interest. Adult and literacy education are also available at LLC. Job fairs, career planning and assessment and internships at such places as Disneyworld are all offered by LLC’s career services division. Financial aid is available to those who qualify through such sources as loans and state and federal grants.
