The Indiana University-Purdue University of Columbus, Indiana, offers exceptional undergraduate and graduate degree programs and technical training opportunities to students who seek an educational experience that fosters intellectual inquiry, personal development and social awareness. The campus hosts active and enriching student life opportunities from leadership programs to student clubs to a wide variety of campus events. Students have the ability to join the Student Government Association and serve as an advocate for student causes, create a club for academic, social or recreational interests, or even become a student mentor. Academics offered at the school include a variety of undergraduate programs in fields like: * Business * Education * Mechanical Engineering * Liberal Arts * Nursing * Psychology Two graduate programs are also available for a Master of Business Administration and Master of Arts in Mental Health Counseling. The college works closely with Ivy Tech Community College of Columbus to provide students with associate’s degrees the ability to apply them towards a bachelor’s degree. Admissions require students to have earned a high school diploma or GED, completed ACT or SAT tests with scores that meet or exceed the Indiana median scores, and have ranked in the upper half of their graduating high school class. The cost of tuition is set lower for Indiana residents. To be considered for financial aid, students must file a FAFSA by March 10 of the prior academic year. Forms of aid include federal grants, 21st Century Scholars grants, student loans, scholarships and work study programs.
