Ihes

IHES is an institute for advanced research in mathematics, theoretical physics, and any other related science. IHES promotes and carries out theoretical scientific research. Its action is mainly carried out by making available to the professors and researchers of the Institute, permanent or visiting, material resources enabling them to carry out disinterested research. The Institute offers scientists of exceptional caliber a place where they can devote themselves entirely to their research, without any obligation of teaching or administrative tasks.
