Founded in 1999, GC&E is a Veteran Owned Small Business providing Information Technology (IT), security, and telecommunications solutions. GC&E also provides consultation, design, and implementation. Markets served are federal, state and local, K-12 and higher education, healthcare and commercial markets. Over the past 18 years, GC&E has grown from a company primarily providing voice and data infrastructure services to one with the capability, experience, and expertise to provide diverse IT, security management, and communications focused solutions and services. GC&E is ISO 9001:2008 certified, has been recommended for certification on ISO 27001:2013 and ISO 20000-1:2011, and is compliant with Capability Maturity Model Integration (CMMI) Level 3 industry maturity model standards. Our business, program, and project management approaches leverages these standards and others, such as the Project Management Institute's (PMI) Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK) and ITIL.
