Tony Austin, a former U.S. Marine Corps Drill Instructor with over 22 years’ experience in the fitness industry working with both civilian and military personnel. Fit Factory Fitness is located in the heart of downtown Toronto at 579 Yonge Street (north of Wellesley) and offers one-of-a-kind fitness training unlike any other program in the city, with over 120 classes a month, including personal training, boot camp and boxing. What sets their signature boot camp classes apart from the others is that they offer legitimate military styled fitness training that the U.S. Armed Forces would receive. This type of training is designed for all fitness levels and it gets results in a short period of time. Whether a client is an avid “gym rat”, an absolute beginner or a top athlete, Fit Factory Fitness has got the training system and methods to make anybody stronger, faster and fitter. Their style of training is fad-free and they provide a straight forward approach. Fit Factory Fitness helps everyday people from all walks of life achieve amazing results in their health and physical conditioning through discipline and hard work. Fit Factory Fitness is also home to the “O Course” and “Kids O Course”, Canada's first and only military obstacle training course designed for adults and kids, as well as the Toronto Fitness Challenge in support of SickKids Foundation. The gym stays active in the community by giving back through its fun and unique fitness-oriented fundraising events.
