Its voyage started in 1987 when it was a part of General Accident and separated from the entity in the year of 1999. From being known as GA Valuations, it rebranded to be known as e.surv chartered surveyors. It was in the year of 2004 that e.surv and its sister company parted ways from Norwich Union leading to the formation of LSL Property Services PLC.
