E&A has over 55 years of experience providing consulting engineer services to public and private sector clients. We provide site and community planning, engineering, surveying and environmental services for commercial developments, housing, schools and recreation. We provide bridge and structural design, road and highway design, civil for industrial plants, commercial and residential subdivisions.
