With Headquarters in Milan, Comdata boasts 12 operating hubs distributed throughout the country with over 5,250 workstations. The detailed dissemination of the production hubs guarantees excellent overflow management and production Business Continuity. All Comdata centers are, in fact, interconnected by a dedicated network and are constantly connected thanks to a control room that ensures continuous activity monitoring. Comdata also has production facilities abroad with 500 workstation distributed in 6 centers 4 in Roma, 1 in Bulgaria and 1 in Czech Republic) to provide offshore services to local customers. From the organizational standpoint, the Comdata model is made up of a Market Unit (Telco, Energy-Industry-Insurance and Finance) highly customer-oriented to guarantee business, profit and service level goals are achieved in close contact with Operations BPO. In order to support the Market Unit in customer services, the Business Unit ICT provides technological solutions for process automation, system integration and product/service delivery.
