College Of Saint Elizabeth

The College of Saint Elizabeth in Morristown, New Jersey, is committed to fostering scholarship, intellectual inquiry and ethical relationships through its Catholic liberal arts programs. The school is sponsored by the Sisters of Charity of Saint Elizabeth of Convent Station, New Jersey. It honors its Catholic identity by promoting justice, understanding, dialogue and respect among students of all ages and backgrounds. Dedicated to building the community through worship, service and prayer, the school offers campus ministry opportunities and events. Student life at the college is based around involvement and leadership. Students may participate in many of the campus’ cultural, recreational and social events or join one of many student clubs and organizations. Volunteer opportunities like building houses for Habitat for Humanity and raising funds for charitable causes are available. To reinforce what you learn in the classroom, the college offers many internships and independent research and service learning projects. Academics offered at the college include more than 30 undergraduate majors and programs in fields like business, education, liberal arts and sciences, nursing and health professions. Graduate degrees are available in Forensic Psychology and Counseling, Justice Administration and Public Service, and Nursing. Admissions require students to submit official high school transcripts, ACT or SAT scores, two letters of recommendation and a personal essay. The school offers academic scholarships to eligible students who have completed a FAFSA. Other forms of financial aid include federal grants and institutional need-based scholarships.
