The university maintains a tradition of strong academics with a liberal arts focus, administered through the following divisions: * College of Arts and Sciences * International Business School * Graduate School of Arts and Sciences * Heller School for Social Policy and Management * Rabb School of Continuing Studies Undergraduate studies are relegated to the College of Arts and Sciences, while the other schools are reserved for graduate study and continuing education. One of Brandeis’ unique academic opportunities is the Justice Brandeis Semester, through which students can earn credit while participating in internships, field research or community engagement. Past JBS programs have included the Environmental Field Semester, Ethnographic Field work and Web Services & Social Networks. With more than 250 organizations, student life at Brandeis offers virtually endless opportunities. You can join a musical, visit the Rose Art Museum, or take a trip to Boston. Brandeis also has nearly a dozen NCAA Division III teams, as well as numerous club and intramural sports. Many of Brandeis undergraduates receive financial aid, which may come in the form of grants, loans, work-study or scholarships. Annual institutional aid, which consists of grants and merit scholarships, exceeds $8 million.
