We have three contact centres based in Queensland and claims assessing centres in Brisbane, Sydney, and Melbourne, in total employing in excess of 1000 people. Our commitment to providing exceptional service has seen the company win the Australian Teleservices Association’s Large Contact Centre of the Year Award in 2009 and 2010, and recognised as an ABA100 Winner for Service Excellence at the 2014 Australian Business Awards. Auto & General is regulated by APRA and is a member of the Insurance Council of Australia. The company is part of the international Budget Insurance group of companies headquartered in the British Isles. The Budget Insurance group includes one of the largest personal lines intermediaries in the United Kingdom as well as the largest direct personal lines insurer in South Africa.
