AFA Försäkring provides safety at work for more than four million people through the collective agreement. AFA Försäkring creates job security for 4.5 million people, their families and close relatives. Their insurance provides financial support for illness, occupational injury, labor shortage, death and parental leave and is part of the labor market collective agreement. They assure four million people in private business, municipalities, county councils and regions. The company operates without profit and manages approximately SEK 200 billion. They want to pay compensation and actively seek out people who may be entitled to compensation. They support research and development that contribute to a better working environment and health. They have about 650 employees and are owned by the Swedish Enterprise, LO and PTK.
