The 30% Club UK is a business-led campaign committed to achieving gender balance in senior leadership. Founded in 2010 with an initial goal of securing 30% women on FTSE 100 boards, we’ve seen real progress. Today, almost 45% of those board seats are held by women. But our mission continues. We are now focused on two critical targets: → 30% women in FTSE 100 CEO roles → 50% women in FTSE 100 Executive Committees and their direct reports (ExCo-1) Our members - Chairs, CEOs and senior leaders - use their influence to build inclusive cultures and take measurable, collective action to accelerate change. The 30% Club UK is the founding chapter of a global movement across 20+ countries, united by a shared vision: better gender balance for better business outcomes.
