There is a large problem in the world today, where leading companies launch the latest and greatest technology based products but struggle to find capable technical talent. This is not due to a disinterest of individuals and their lack of desire to work at these companies, but because they lack guidance and opportunities to learn the advanced skill sets. Traditional training opportunities for advanced skill sets are either too expensive or consume too much time. We launched the world's first advanced skill set training opportunities for Aerospace manufacturing and engineering roles that are affordable, online, work at your own pace and available to anyone. In our first year we grew to over 10,000 members and are currently expanding to help more markets, companies and people find great careers and great talent.
