1. What is a credit?
Adding one B2B contact or company record to your AeroLeads account from search, the Chrome Extension, or an upload uses one credit.
2. Do credits roll over?
No. Credits reset every month. Unused credits don't roll over.
3. Can I try AeroLeads before choosing a paid plan?
Yes. You can start with a free account to explore the platform. Free accounts have usage and result limits, and some export and integration features require a paid subscription.
4. Can you provide custom B2B data?
Yes. We can prepare custom B2B contact data for specific industries, locations, companies, and job titles, as well as higher-volume API and enrichment plans. Tell us the data you need.
5. Can I cancel at any time?
Yes. There is a cancel subscription option on your account page. You will still have access to AeroLeads PRO features until your billing cycle ends. After that, you will be downgraded to a free account.
