* Planning, co-ordinating, executing and analysing the digital marketing campaign: retention and acquisition campaigns for lead generation, with multiple campaigns running at the same time. * Creative: writing copy to convey consistent messaging for campaigns and regular newsletters and converting into HTML templates; updating marketing website and social media and creating landing pages using CMS. * Data segmentation and manipulation: sourcing and segmenting prospect data using CRM system for targeted campaigns. * Brand awareness and promotion: running exhibition stand at trade events and virtual events; creation and production of sales collateral and promotional material.
