* As a Datto Solution Engineer (SE) I work with our Channel Partners and their end clients to realize the benefits of our Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery (BCDR) Backup and Networking Solutions. I engage with our partner community providing training and assistance in driving sales results. Job duties include: Demonstrations, Presentations, POC’s, Training and Event Attendance. * Provide on-site and web-base demonstration of Datto BCDR, Networking and Cloud backup SaaS Offerings. * Teach partner SE’s & Architects about Datto Solutions. * Team with Datto’s partners to provide training, product demonstrations and lead customer meetings. * Build relationships with partners and end-clients. * Assist sales to help secure the ‘technical close’ and qualify new Datto partners. * Working closely with the Datto product team by providing partner feedback and ideas. * Empower and assist partners while they are evaluating Datto’s product offerings.

* As a Sales Development Representative (SDR) with IBM Canada, I act as the liaison between our Marketing and Sales teams. * As a Graphic Designer with TBS Promotions (Top Uniforms) I illustrate and create various mascot and team logos for Ontario public and private schools. This includes custom apparel designs, spirit and sportswear. Other responsibilities include: * Create and design various materials for print and digital collateral * Ensure projects are completed with high quality and on schedule * Establish creative direction for the company as well as brand guidelines * Prioritize and manage multiple projects within design specifications and budget restrictions * Perform retouching and manipulation of images * Work with a wide range of media and use graphic design software

* As an Inside Software Portfolio Representative with IBM Canada, I pilot the launch of Cloud and Smarter Infrastructure (formally Tivoli) portfolio into a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) consumption model. Duties Includes: Lead Qualification, Demonstrating Products, Quoting and Closing, and Post-Sale Technical Support. * Sourcing new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails. * Understanding customer needs and requirements. * Routing qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales executives for further development and closure. * Close sales and achieve quarterly quotas. * Research accounts, identify key players and generate interest. * Maintain and expand your database of prospects within assigned territory (Mid-West U.S.) * Team with channel partners to build pipeline and close deals. * Perform effective online demos to prospects.
