* Responsible for conducting classes and teaching * Inculcating fondness for a subject in the minds of students and helping them use their passion to shape up their careers * Provide feedback to the students about their performance in class tests and examinations and help them to improve * Evaluated students' progress by maintaining appropriate records and preparing progress reports * Recommended educational strategies and variations based on assessment data and experience

* Prepare and deliver lessons to students on topics such as mechanics, universal gravitation, conservation of energy, electricity, and magnetism * Evaluate examine, assess performance, and monitor the progress of 150 to 180 students * Work with an instructional mentor to monitor/assess the performance of myself and colleagues within the science department. Steps are made to improve the quality of individual instruction and/or take corrective action within the physics team * Conflict resolution, motivate students, organize, troubleshoot, establish rapport with hundreds of students and staff

* Answer the customer’s questions through phone * Find out new customers * Manage and maintain customer database * Customer Solution * Respond customer inquiries. * Ability to effectively handle multiple tasks in a fast speed environment. * Ability to identify problem issues and determine the appropriate course of action redirection within department guidelines required to resolve issues. * High energy and excellent time management skills
