Many suffer with manually self propelled chairs. Over time, their hands would get bruises and sometimes develop upper body issues The bigger problem is for elders with arthritis or similar mobility issues. Sometimes a simple task of using the washroom could be dreadful and there are several cases of fall and even death. The cost of good electric wheelchair is about 1 Lac+ and is mainly imported with very limited support in India Very few people could afford 1 lac+ wheelchairs. Elders in this Country would sacrifice their comfort and save the money for next generation and continue to suffer which is a sad truth I decided to come with up with a simple, effective wheelchair that can be bought for just Rs. 20,000 which is the price of an average smart phone We have brought joy. confidence and joyful tears in many users and glad to spread our Smiles
