As an IT business analyst who began my career on the business side, I am adept at listening to the pain-points of end users. I work with business users to find ways to adjust processes, both big and small, to create more efficient and effective ways to achieve the user's goals. By writing clear technical documents, including user stories, I'm able to implement packaged applications or work with developers to create custom solutions and manage the entire software development lifecycle. At other times I've found that the flexibility to make small changes within existing processes can have the most valuable impact. With over 15 years of business analysis experience, I am familiar with a wide variety of business areas and the applications that support them including HR functions such as compensation and equity management, time and absence management; and Finance functions such as the order to cash cycle, revenue recognition, contract lifecycle management, and software delivery.
