Initially working part time while studying at Napier University before moving into a full time warehouse operations supervisor role. This required controlling stock levels, warehouse configurations depending on stock and seasons, maintaining IT systems, cash collection and store security. In addition, occasionally allocating staff roles and tasks to meet the customer service requirement & product availability.

* Edinburgh University - 1st line support; First line support on the Swann & Kings Building student helpdesk(s) working as part of a shift support team maintaining educational computing facilities involving the maintenance of all computer hardware, software, printer operations and user accounts.
