Provided Schedules and Reports to document all records related to participation of Government Agencies, Banks, Insurance Companies, and Private Agencies.

Worked as consultant for TRS Consulting agency on-site at Client headquarters in midtown Manhattan. Provided Project Management for 5 projects. Four projects supported Educational Reporting via Multiple Printed Reports and Websites for a State Department of Education. These projects consisted of annual Reading, Writing, Mathematics and Science reporting in hard copy and web formats, as well as a Website supporting Adequate Yearly Progress reporting and Report Cards. The fifth project provided hard copy reporting for another State’s Office of Special Services and Education.

Worked as consultant for Enterprise Solution Providers, Inc. agency on-site at Client headquarters in downtown New York City. Key member of a team responsible for establishing a Program Management Office to manage all efforts related to major restructuring of the Legal, Financial and Operational aspects of a major division of the organization. Designed and produced an Operations Run Book, Dashboard and Heat Map to monitor all activities and provide Senior Management with MIS needed to track progress of the Program. Created and established maintenance procedures related to tracking all Contacts involved in the Program on a worldwide basis.

Worked as consultant for Emassi, Inc. agency on-site at Client headquarters in Jersey City, NJ. Acted as Project Manager for an Infrastructure Upgrade Project replacing hardware and the Operating System running a custom-built Funds Transfer system and a Cash Management system. Also Project Manager for a project to upgrade a Foreign Exchange Transaction Matching system to an SQL Database. These systems dealt with multiple areas within the organization and required full Project Life-Cycle documentation using IBM’s RPM system to set up and control the Work Breakdown Structure and monitor Budget and Resource activity both within and outside of the organization.

Worked as corp-to-corp sub-contractor for Alliance Consulting on-site at Client headquarters in Jersey City, NJ. Provided Program Schedule, Change Management, Resource Management and Project Interdependency Management disciplines for core business process improvement project. Participated in the review of Use Cases prepared by Business Analysts. Re-designed Senior Management Status Reports. The projects consisted of improvements in productivity and reductions in complexity for the company’s Analysts by implementing a common platform and application suite for Client’s core business processes.

Identified and directed implementation of the tracking of a series of Metrics for use by the Corporate Governance area of the bank to be used for monitoring status of multiple development projects in the back office area.

Created a series of Project Plans and Schedules used by the Business and Technical areas in the introduction of new Financial Planning products.

Led four-person team responsible for ongoing review and monitoring of all efforts related to Y2K Compliance and Certification issues for approximately 100 Project Plans covering eight major Business areas, primarily in the Trading, Broker-Dealer and Settlement systems areas.

Developed a series of Project Plans, as well as a two-page Project Summary for Senior Management, to present current and ongoing status in support of Y2K Certification. Created SDLC used for Y2K-related IT projects.

Worked as corp-to-corp sub-contractor for BSMI agency on-site at Chase headquarters in Garden City, NY, downtown Manhattan and New Hyde Park, NY. Senior member of team that developed a series of dynamically linked model Project Plans, including a Project Summary for Senior Management, to assess current status. The Projects dealt with software conversions to a new package used as the platform for Corporate processing of Loan and Collection products.

Worked as consultant on-site at NYNEX headquarters in mid-town Manhattan. Drew up Business Case for Funding Authorization to acquire a software package that gave answers to questions related to IntraLATA Presubscription. Document described the project, its impact, strategy for implementation, and financial impact. Also participated on Transition Team to coordinate user support for Process Re-Engineering Initiatives. Worked with a team of four professionals on all aspects of coordinating user support activities for updating computer systems, right-sizing personnel, reorganizing workflows, and consolidating work centers.

Worked as consultant for RCG agency on-site at AT&T headquarters in Parsippany, NJ. Assumed major responsibilities within a team assigned to Data Center Migration from an IBM/MVS system to an Amdahl 5995/350 system located at a new Data Center in another state.
