Communicate with Butler County courts to identify the progress and completion of each inmate in the program. Chair the Butler County Re-entry Coalition. Coordinate scheduling and facilitation within the Community Re-integration Program. Conduct annual trainings for staff in the area of defensive tactics, suicide prevention and community re-integration. Track yearly statistics relevant to the Community Re-integration Program. Provide oversight of a caseload of 30 inmates in the Community Re-integration Program.

Provide direct supervision of crisis and ensure program meets licensure requirements.Provide training to existing and new staff members. Maintain 24 hour rotating schedule for crisis employees. Facilitate service coordination with community services involved along with interagency resources. Provide in-service training to law- enforcement, personal care homes and community agencies. Provide crisis intervention, counseling, and follow-up via phone and mobile. Facilitate both voluntary and involuntary commitments for individuals in need.

Direct activities of full-time and part-time staff in the performance of Afterschool and summer camp programs.Hire and train staff.Maintain and monitor financial and activity records.Design and prepare communications for programs.Assess and evaluate community Recreation needs.Establish and maintain effective relationships with organizations, groups, government agencies, and the public.

Maintain order, discipline and security within assigned areas in accordance with relevant rules, regulation, policies and laws. Take periodic inmate counts. Maintain knowledge of, comply with, and enforce all institutional policies, rules, procedures and regulations. Respond to emergencies, such as escapes. Restrain, secure or control offenders, using chemical agents, firearms, or other weapons of force as necessary. Resolve problems between inmates. Perform searches of inmates or their quarters to locate contraband items.
