Own Lumen's Digital Enterprise Architecture Strategy and Roadmaps aligned to the company vision of delivering intelligent, customer-obsessed digital experiences. Lead the delivery of capability based composable architectures that streamline the delivery of new and innovative products and services. Closely partner with product and technology engineering to align the organization towards lean business processes using standardized evolutionary applications and platforms.

As part of the Enterprise Architecture team, I worked to outline strategic architectural roadmaps, fundamental principles, standards, policies, and governance for IT organizational adherence. During this time I worked to develop implement an Enterprise Service Platform utilizing java. The platform provides external access to internally developed (SOAP/Restful) services through a number of consumer channels (mobile, web, B2B) and provides a services metrics dashboard. During this time I established and implemented a Service Review Board that ensures service compliance against defined standards. Additional responsibilities included management of the Functional Architecture team of 13 individuals who ensured cohesive designs across application teams and business functions that included business architecture, data architecture, application architecture and technical architecture. The team worked closely with the business on development of the enterprise object model (EOM) and Corporate Data Model (CDM) in helping deliver the appropriate business capabilities.

10/1996 - 4/1999 Oracle Englewood, CO Successfully implemented the Oracle HRMS/Payroll release 10.7SC16.1 application for a mid-sized grocery food chain. Provided both functional and technical assistance on a 3 month rapid implementation schedule. Managed day-to-day activities and provided full project life cycle support. Developed an automated conversion program to assist in converting approximately 1800 employees, and an automated time entry interface. 10/1996 - 4/1999 Oracle Englewood, CO Development manager for a large cable company Oracle HR release 10.7SC16.1 implementation. Provided both functional and technical assistance on the project implementation which included the deployment of a new Oracle HR and Ceridian Payroll system, interfacing between multiple outside vendors, integration with the Oracle Financials, development of a “Data Mart” for reporting using Oracle Discoverer. The project team included five Oracle consultants and five contractor consultants.

Managing the implementation of an 11+ million dollar/year enterprise wide initiative to transition production support of approximately 150 applications including Oracle e-business as well as Infrastructure support to our outsource Business Solutions Partner . Provide day-to-day management of transition activities that includes budget, scope control, issue resolution, status reporting, task/project management, and resource management of approximately 180 individuals. Have had extensive experience working closely with our outsourcing BSP partner on providing solutions in areas such as communications, infrastructure, logistics, change management and problem management.

Lead the Enterprise Architecture team to deliver on current state as-is architecture to define the future state architecture vision, strategy, and roadmaps. Defined an architectural domain driven capability model using TMF as a foundation to help deliver As-Is and Destination Architectures. Help define architectural standards and governance for applications, services, and technology to ensure proper architecture adherence by the enterprise. Drive Cloud and Hybrid Cloud SaaS adoption (Salesforce, ServiceNow) as part of the Digital Transformation efforts including IT Application Modernization to "Cloud-Native" and Cloud-Specific" technologies in Azure and GCP. Deliver ServiceNow ITSM architecture including Confluent Kafka event-based integrations, TMF based Api's, and ServiceNow modeling to support improved operational maturity. Drive UI/UX Strategy to consolidate 18 Customer Facing Portals as part of the Digital Transformation effort for improved customer and employee experience.
