Serves as the Theater Retrograde Property Assistance Team (RPAT) Responsible Officer (RO) for Property Book Team 3 in Afghanistan. Supervise 16 Logisticians tasked with the property accountability mission of 76 units, with assets valued at over $370 Million and over 726,236 pieces of equipment collectively located throughout TAAC-S and Southwest Afghanistan. Ensures proper supply discipline and property management is maintained In accordance with Army and Federal Acquisition Regulations, Major Subordinate Command FRAGOs, directives and policies, command guidance, and the Theater Property Book (TPE) Property Book Officer, SOPs and policies. Performs duties as the Contracting Officer Representative (COR), monitoring the actions of Theater PBT # 3. Performs as Staff advisor for property accountability, asset visibility, and logistics to supported units. Provides accurate data for the briefings to superior and subordinate elements of the command on TPE issues, including Army Regulation (AR) 15-6 investigations and Financial Liability Investigations of Property Loss (FLIPLs).

Production Control Lead in the APS-5 Found on Instillation Warehouse (FOI): duties included but were not limited to receiving, inspecting, segregating, storing, and preparing equipment for disposal (able to lift 50lbs). Responsible for inspecting and receiving all sensitive items, data storage devices, dunnage and possible HAZMAT materials. Provided guidance to Inventory Management Specialist (IMS) on data base nomenclatures, part number’s, and line number inquiries, using the Property Book Unit Supply Enhanced (PBUSE) system. Managed the day to day operations of the FOI Warehouse: incoming and outgoing equipment, document control and personnel issues. Briefed Department of Defense (DOD) Civilians, U.S Military personnel and SENTEL leadership on the production flow of equipment coming in and going out of the FOI Warehouse. Coordinated the monthly, cyclic and sensitive items inventories for the Primary Hand Receipt Holder, ensuring that the inspected equipment was clean and serviceable, prior to inspection.

Scheduled all Gulfstream personnel equipment turn-ins and issues from the Honeywell Point of Use Warehouse (POU). Responsible for receiving, inspecting, storing and issuing all Point of Use (POU) equipment, as well as inputting equipment data into automated supply systems. Ensured that all Preventative Maintenance Checks and Services (PMCS) were conducted, thereby ensuring the serviceability of all POU stocked equipment. Packed and unpacked all items to be stocked in the POU warehouse; operational knowledge of Bar Code Readers, photocopiers, Pallet trucks electrical and manual. Verified exchanged equipment by visual inspections, ensuring that all exchanged parts were accompanied by proper documentation that were in accordance with Honeywell’s return policy. Marked stock items using identification tags, stamps, electric marking tools, or labeling devices. Received the Honeywell Aerospace Bravo Award on two separate occasions for displaying excellence in logistical operations.

Provided support to Property Book Officers and Unit Commanders in the execution of their accountability functions, which include but not limited to providing customer service, record keeping, cataloging property, performing cycle counts, incoming and outgoing equipment packages. Ensured Quality Assurance & Quality Control (QA/QC) were conducted on all PBUSE data based created documents: 1348-1, 3161, 4949, 581, 2062, and DD200 for property transfers. Maintained historical files for 27 different Military Units, administrative adjustments, reports, receipts, issues, and transfer documents. Selected over peers to the position of Property Accountability Assistance Team Lead (PAAT): duties included spearheading multiple mobile missions to outlining Forward Operating Bases (FOB) that were designated for closures. Completed the turn-in of all Retail equipment into a Wholesale status while deployed to Forward Operating Bases (FOB’s) Sharana, Jalalabad Salerno, and Shank. Responsible for the safety and welfare of 3 contract personnel while serving as the PAAT Lead.
