Utilising the unusual combination of my educational skillset in occupational and therapeutic psychology, and vocational background in veterinary management and administration - I enjoy finding unconventional solutions to complex problems within the unique sector that is veterinary medicine. My vocational experience is widely varied from client care, to practice management, finance, operations, marketing, debt control, insurance, training and consultancy. My educational grounding is in psychology, with elements and experience of developmental, abnormal and family psychology and bereavement - however my main focus continues to be workplace psychology covering areas such as communication, staff health and wellbeing, job satisfaction, marketing and debt control. I have a particular interest in staff mental health policies and provisions and job satisfaction, alongside effective communication in the workplace and how these areas directly affect business revenue and patient outcomes.
