Run (with a team of volunteers) livestream and in-house A/V technologies for weekly worship services. This includes operating the video encoder, switcher, Cameras (PTZ), projectors, and audio mixer. Works directly with the Lead Pastor to develop strategy on using technology to enhance the experience of worship services (in person and online). Schedule, train, and work collaboratively with A/V volunteers. Maintain equipment and do regular updates and system upgrades as necessary.

Oversee all aspects of sound department and act as Front of House Engineer for approximately 250-300 performances per year.
